LIFE AI PRIVACY POLICY

1. Introduction

1.1. Welcome to LIFE AI E-commerce platform (we refer to our LIFE AI website and mobile application collectively as the "Platform") (we refer to the Platform and the services we provide as described on our Platform collectively as the "Services"), operated by LIFE AI PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202507457Z), a company registered in Singapore with its registered office at 3 Fraser Street, #4-23a, Duo Tower, Singapore 189352 ("we", "us", "our").

1.2. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in an open and transparent manner. This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy" or "Policy") explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your Personal Data in compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") and other applicable privacy laws and regulations ("Privacy Laws").

1.3. By accessing our Platform, using the Services, creating an account, or otherwise providing us with your Personal Data, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, and you hereby consent to us collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing your personal data as described herein. Where explicit consent is required under the PDPA (e.g., for certain disclosures or marketing), we will seek it separately via checkboxes, opt-in forms, or similar mechanisms. Deemed consent applies only to purposes that are obvious and reasonable in the circumstances, such as processing your order when you voluntarily provide data for that purpose. IF YOU DO NOT CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES OR ACCESS OUR PLATFORM.

1.4. This Policy applies in conjunction with other notices, contractual clauses, consent clauses that apply in relation to the collection, storage, use, disclosure and/or processing of your personal data by us and is not intended to override those notices or clauses unless we state expressly otherwise.

1.5. Please read this Policy carefully.

2. What is Personal Data?

2.1. "Personal Data" refers to any data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified (a) from that data; or (b) from that data and other information to which we have or are likely to have access. Common examples of personal data could include name, identification number and contact information.

3. Personal Data We Collect

3.1. We may collect the following types of Personal Data from you:

(i) Identity and Profile Data: This includes your full name, date of birth, gender, and any data you provide when you create an account, such as your username and password.

(ii) Contact Data: This includes your billing address, delivery address, email address, and telephone numbers.

(iii) Transaction Data: This includes details about payments to and from you, details of products and services you have purchased from us, and credit/debit card information. Please note that we do not store full credit/debit card numbers; this data is processed directly by our third-party payment gateway partners who are Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant.

(iv) Service Provision Data: This includes any information necessary to facilitate the delivery of a service you have purchased, such as appointment times, locations, specific requirements, project details, or any communication with service providers through our Platform.

(v) Technical Data: This includes your Internet Protocol (IP) address, login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access our Platform.

(vi) Usage Data: This includes information about how you use our Platform, products, and services, such as your browsing history, search queries, and items added to your cart or wish list.

(vii) Marketing and Communications Data: This includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties, your communication preferences and history of communications with us, our service providers, and other third parties.

(viii) User-Generated Content: This includes reviews of products or services, ratings, comments, and any photos or videos you voluntarily submit to the Platform.

(ix) Other information: This includes information sent by or associated with the device(s) used to access our Services or Platform, information about your network, including your contact list when you share permissions on your device (for example, to facilitate our 'refer friends' or social connection features), and the people and accounts you interact with, government issued identification or other information required for our due diligence, know your customer, identity verification, and/or fraud prevention purposes, aggregate data on content the user engages with and any other information about the user when the user signs up to use our Services or Platform, and when the user uses the Services or Platform, as well as information related to how the user uses our Services or Platform.

4. How We Collect Your Personal Data

4.1. We collect Personal Data in the following ways:

(i) Direct Interactions: You may give us your Personal Data by filling in forms on our Platform or by corresponding with us by post, phone, email, or otherwise. This includes data you provide when you:

(A) Create an account on our Platform.

(B) Place an order for products or book a service.

(C) Submit any form, including, but not limited to, application forms or other forms relating to any of our products and services, whether online or by way of a physical form.

(D) enter into any agreement or provide other documentation or information in respect of your interactions with us, or when you use our products and services.

(E) Subscribe to our newsletter or marketing materials.

(F) Participate in a promotion, survey, or competition.

(G) Contact our customer service.

(H) Leave reviews or feedback.

(I) grant permissions on your device to share information with our application or Platform.

(J) link your LIFE AI account with your social media or other external account or use other social media features, in accordance with the provider's policies.

(K) register for a contest.

(L) submit your personal data to us for any reason.

(ii) Automated Technologies: As you interact with our Platform, we may automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment and browsing actions. We collect this data by using cookies, server logs, and other similar technologies. Please see Section 12 on Cookies for more details.

(iii) Third Parties: We may receive Personal Data about you from various third parties, such as analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics), advertising networks, and payment service providers, payment service providers, and our third-party service providers who deliver services booked through the Platform.

(iv) Personal data of other individuals: In some situations, you may provide personal data of other individuals to us (such as your family members or friends or persons in your contact list). If you provide us with their personal data, you represent and warrant that you have obtained their consent for their personal data to be processed in accordance with this Policy.

5. Purposes for Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Your Personal Data

5.1. We will only collect, use, process and disclose your Personal Data for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances. These purposes include:

(i) To Fulfil Our Contract with You:

(A) Processing and delivering your orders, including managing payments and logistics.

(B) Managing your account and our relationship with you.

(C) Providing customer service and support.

(ii) To Pursue Our Legitimate Interests:

(A) Improving our Platform, products, and services.

(B) Personalizing your user experience and showing you relevant content.

(C) For research, analysis and development: to analyze how you use our Services, to recommend products and/or services based on your interests (e.g., through A/B testing or user segmentation), to improve our Services or products and/or to enhance your customer experience;

(D) Conducting data analytics to understand market trends and customer behavior.

(E) Preventing and detecting fraud or other illegal activities.

(F) Managing the security of our Platform and systems.

(iii) With Your Consent (for Marketing):

(A) Sending you marketing and promotional materials via email, SMS, or other channels, where you have expressly consented to receive them. You can opt-out at any time.

(iv) To Comply with Legal Obligations:

(A) For legal and regulatory requirements: To respond to legal procedures or to comply with or as required by any applicable law, governmental or regulatory requirements of any relevant jurisdiction, including, without limitation, meeting the requirements to make disclosure under the requirements of any law binding on us or on our related corporations or affiliates (including, where applicable, the display of your name, contact details and company details).

(B) For KYC/AML purposes: To conduct due diligence or other screening activities (including, without limitation, background checks) in accordance with legal or regulatory obligations or our risk management procedures that may be required by law or that may have been put in place by us.

(C) Maintaining records as required by law.

(v) To allow other users to interact, connect with you or see some of your activities on the Platform:

This includes to inform you when another user has sent you a private message, posted a comment for you on the Platform or connected with you using the social features on the Platform.

(collectively, the "Purposes").

5.2. We will not use your Personal Data for purposes other than what we have informed you of, or which are permitted under Singapore law. We will notify you of any new purposes not covered here, where required by the PDPA (e.g., via email or Platform notice)

6. Disclosure of Your Personal Data

6.1. We may need to disclose your Personal Data to third parties for the purposes set out in Section 5. These parties include:

(i) Our subsidiaries, affiliates and related corporations.

(ii) buyers or sellers you have transacted with or interacted with on the Platform or in connection with your use of the Services for the above-stated Purposes.

(iii) third parties to whom disclosure by us is for one or more of the Purposes and such third parties would in turn be collecting and processing your personal data for one or more of the Purposes.

(iv) Third-Party Service Providers:

Such as payment gateways, logistics and courier services, IT and cloud hosting providers, marketing agencies, and data analytics partners. We require all third parties to respect the security of your Personal Data and to treat it in accordance with the law.

(v) Business Transfers:

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your Personal Data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your Personal Data.

(vi) Legal and Governmental Authorities:

Where required by law or to protect our rights, we may disclose your Personal Data to regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or other government authorities.

7. International Data Transfers

7.1. Your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored, or processed in a country outside of Singapore for the purposes outlined in this Policy. Where we do so, we will ensure that the overseas recipient provides a standard of protection to the transferred Personal Data that is at least comparable to the protection under the Privacy Laws. Safeguards may include binding contractual clauses, corporate binding rules, reliance on adequacy decisions (e.g., for EU transfers under mutual recognition), or APEC Cross-Border Privacy Rules (CBPR) certification.

8. Consent

8.1. Obtaining Consent: We will obtain your consent for the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Data, except where we are permitted to do so without consent under the Privacy Laws or other applicable laws.

8.2. Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer (see Section 14). Please note that withdrawing your consent may prevent us from providing certain products or services to you. We will inform you of the likely consequences of withdrawing your consent. Upon receiving your request, we will cease to collect, use, or disclose your Personal Data, unless required or authorized by law.

9. Access to and Correction of Your Personal Data

9.1. You have the right to request access to and correction of the Personal Data that we hold about you:

(i) Access Request: You may request a copy of your Personal Data by submitting a written request to our Data Protection Officer.

(ii) Correction Request: If you believe that any Personal Data we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, you may request that we correct it. You can update most of your account information directly through the "My Account" section on our Platform. For other corrections, please contact our Data Protection Officer.

9.2. Before we accede to your request, we reserve the right to take reasonable steps to verify your identity. We may charge a reasonable administrative fee for processing your request. If we so choose to charge, we will provide you with a written estimate of the fee we will be charging. Please note that we are not required to respond to or deal with your access request unless you have agreed to pay the fee.

9.3. We reserve the right to refuse to correct your personal data in accordance with the provisions as set out in Privacy Laws, where they require and/or entitle an organization to refuse to correct personal data in stated circumstances.

9.4. We aim to respond to your access or correction request as soon as reasonably possible.

10. Data Security

10.1. We have implemented appropriate administrative, physical, and technical security measures to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks. These measures include using industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, regular security audits.

10.2. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

10.3. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access/disclosure of your Personal Data that is beyond our reasonable control.

10.4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from data issues.

10.5. In the event of a data breach, we will take steps to assess the risk and will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals where we are legally required to do so.

11. Data Retention

11.1. We will only retain your Personal Data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required for legal or business purposes, and in accordance with applicable laws.

11.2. Once the data is no longer needed, we will take steps to securely destroy or anonymize it.

11.3. If you cease using the Platform, or your permission to use the Platform and/or the Services is terminated or withdrawn, we may continue storing, using and/or disclosing your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our obligations under the Privacy Laws.

11.4. Subject to applicable law, we may securely dispose of your personal data without prior notice to you.

12. Data Portability

You have the right to request that we transmit your Personal Data, which you have provided to us, to another organization in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. This right is subject to the conditions and exceptions as set out in the PDPA. To make such a request, please contact our Data Protection Officer.

13. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

13.1. Our Platform uses cookies to enhance your user experience. Cookies are small text files placed on your device. We use them to:

(i) Remember your preferences (e.g., login information, cart items).

(ii) Analyze traffic and usage patterns on our Platform.

(iii) Deliver targeted advertising.

13.2. We may link cookie information to personal data. Cookies also link to information regarding what items you have selected for purchase and web pages you have viewed.

13.3. You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. However, disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our Platform.

14. Data Protection Officer (DPO)

14.1. We have appointed a Data Protection Officer to oversee our compliance with the Privacy Laws. If you have any questions, feedback, or concerns about our privacy practices, or if you wish to make a request regarding your Personal Data, please contact our DPO at:

15. Updates to this Privacy Policy

15.1. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law.

15.2. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on our Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date.

15.3. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically.

15.4. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, your continued use of the Services or Platform, including placing of any orders, shall constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the changes made to this Privacy Policy.

16. User's Responsibilities

16.1. You have an important role to play in keeping your Personal Data secure.

16.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and other login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

16.3. Data Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that the Personal Data you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. We will not be responsible for any issues, such as delivery failures or service interruptions, that arise from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

16.4. Publicly Shared Information: You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any Personal Data you voluntarily choose to share in public areas of our Platform, such as product reviews or public comments. We cannot control the actions of other users with whom you may choose to share your information.

16.5. Our Platform may contain links to other websites operated by other parties, such as our business affiliates, merchants or payment gateways. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites operated by these other parties. You are advised to check on the applicable privacy policies of those websites to determine how they will handle any information they collect from you.

16.6. Children's Privacy: The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18 ("Minors"). We do not knowingly collect or maintain any personal data from anyone under the age of 18, nor is any part of our Platform or other Services directed to Minors. As a parent or legal guardian, you must not allow a Minor under your care to submit personal data to us. In the event that personal data of a Minor under your care is disclosed to us, you hereby consent to the processing of the Minor's personal data and accept and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy on behalf of such Minor. We will close any accounts used exclusively by such Minors and will remove and/or delete any personal data we believe was submitted by any Minor without the consent of their parent or legal guardian.

16.7. Users (including any employees, agents, representatives, or any other person acting for such user or on such user's behalf) in possession of another user's personal data through the use of the Services (the "Receiving Party") hereby agree that, they will (i) comply with all applicable Privacy Laws with respect to any such data, including any collection, processing, storage or transfer of such data; (ii) allow LIFE AI or the user whose personal data the Receiving Party has collected (the "Disclosing Party") to remove his or her data so collected from the Receiving Party's database; and (iii) allow LIFE AI or the Disclosing Party to review what information has been collected about them by the Receiving Party, in each case of (ii) and (iii) above, in compliance with and where required by applicable laws.

16.8. Notwithstanding anything set forth herein, sellers (including any employees, agents, representatives, or any other person acting for such user or on such user's behalf) shall comply with all applicable Privacy Laws and, in respect of any buyer's personal data received from LIFE AI, (i) are not permitted to use such buyer's personal data except as reasonably necessary to respond to buyers' enquiries and to carry out respond to, process, deal with or complete a transaction without the buyers' and LIFE AI's prior written consent; (ii) should refrain from contacting buyers using such information outside of the LIFE AI platform; (iii) are not permitted to disclose such buyer's personal data to any unauthorized third parties without the buyer's and LIFE AI's prior written consent; (iv) shall employ sufficient security measures to protect each LIFE AI user's personal data in their possession, retain such data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above and in accordance with the Privacy Laws, and to delete or return such data to LIFE AI upon any request from LIFE AI or as soon as reasonably possible upon completion of the transaction; and (v) to inform LIFE AI's Personal Data Protection Officer in the event of any potential data breach or other loss of such user's data.

17. Governing Law

17.1. This Privacy Policy and your use of our Platform shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

17.2. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Policy, including questions regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved in accordance with the "Dispute Resolution & Governing Law" section of our Terms of Service

18. Severability

18.1. If any provision of this Privacy Policy is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
