LIFE AI FEE POLICY

1. Introduction
1.1. Welcome to LIFE AI E-commerce platform (we refer to our LIFE AI website and mobile application collectively as the "Platform") (we refer to the Platform and the services we provide as described on our Platform collectively as the "Services"), operated by LIFE AI PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202507457Z), a company registered in Singapore with its registered office at 3 Fraser Street, #4-23a, Duo Tower, Singapore 189352 ("we", "us", "our").
1.2. At LIFE AI, we are committed to fostering a transparent and successful marketplace. This Fee Policy ("Fee Policy" or "Policy") outlines all fees associated with selling on our platform.
1.3. Note on Taxes: All fees listed in this policy are exclusive of Singapore's Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST will be added to the applicable fees in accordance with prevailing Singaporean law.
2. Seller Account Tiers
The fees you pay depend on your seller account type. Our platform supports two primary tiers:
2.1. Individual Seller: This is the standard account, free to register and maintain. It is ideal for individuals or businesses starting out on the platform.
2.2. Official Store (LIFE AI Mall): This is an invitation-only tier for official brand owners and authorized distributors who meet stringent criteria for authenticity, performance, and customer service.
3. Fees for Sellers
3.1. Transaction Fee (Mandatory)
a. This fee is charged on every successful order to cover payment processing costs from our third-party providers (e.g., credit cards, PayNow).
b. Applicable to: All sellers (Individual and Official Stores).
c. Rate: 2.0% – 2.5% of the final paid order value, calculated after all discounts and vouchers have been applied.
3.2. Commission Fee
a. This fee is charged for the value-added services and benefits provided to different seller tiers. We are implementing a phased approach to support our sellers' growth.
b. Applicable to: All sellers, with rates depending on tier.
c. Rates:
(i) Initial Phase (First 6 months of platform operation): 0% Commission (Free) for all sellers to reduce entry barriers and encourage growth.
(ii) Post-Launch Phase (After 6 months):
(A) Individual Sellers: Commission remains at 0%.
(B) Official Stores (LIFE AI Mall): A commission of 3% – 7% will apply, varying by product category (e.g., Electronics: 3-5%, Fashion: 5-7%).
4. Optional Service & Marketing Fees
Sellers can voluntarily opt-in to the following programs to boost visibility and sales. Fees are only charged upon participation.
4.1. Service Packages:
a. Coin Cashback Program: Sellers can join this program to offer buyers platform-wide cashback vouchers, encouraging repeat purchases. The service fee is typically 3-5% of the order value.
b. Freeship Program: Attract more buyers by offering subsidized or free shipping. A service fee is charged on participating orders to cover part of the shipping costs.
4.2. Marketing & Promotional Tools:
a. Paid Ads (Pay-to-Play): These tools help increase product visibility across the platform. Both operate on a Cost-Per-Click (CPC) model, where fees are deducted from your advertising budget only when a user clicks on your product ad.
i. Keyword Ads (Sponsored Search): Sellers can bid on specific keywords. When a user searches for that keyword, your product will appear in a prominent, sponsored position within the search results.
ii. Discovery Ads: Your products will be automatically shown to interested buyers in various recommendation sections, such as "You Might Also Like" on product detail pages, the homepage, and within the shopping cart.
b. Promotional Tools:
i. Flash Sales: The Platform organizes periodic Flash Sale events on the homepage. Sellers can nominate their products to be featured, subject to conditions like price competitiveness and stock availability. A fee may be charged for each successful nomination; however, participation may be free or a mandatory requirement for Official Store (LIFE AI Mall) sellers.
ii. Shop Vouchers: We provide a tool for sellers to create their own custom discount vouchers (e.g., "12% off for S$50 order," "10% Follower voucher"). Creating these vouchers is generally free, but the Platform may charge a fee for featuring or highlighting them in prominent positions.
iii. Combo Deals (Bundle Deals): Sellers can use our tools to create promotional bundles (e.g., "Buy 2, get 10% off," "Buy product A, get product B at a discount") to increase the average order value. Use of this tool is free; sellers bear the cost of the discount offered.
5. Seller Balance Withdrawal Fee
You are entitled to one (1) free withdrawal from your Seller Balance each calendar week. Subsequent withdrawals within the same week will incur a small administrative fee of S$0.20 to cover bank processing costs.
6. Shipping Fees
6.1. Shipping fees are calculated by our logistics partners based on package weight and dimensions.
6.2. Default Payer: The Buyer pays the shipping fee, which is displayed at checkout.
6.3. Seller Subsidy: Sellers can choose to absorb shipping costs, for example, by participating in the Freeship Program.
7. Transparency and Updates
7.1. We are committed to maintaining a clear and fair fee structure.
7.2. Access to Information: Sellers can review their detailed fee history, current policies, and financial reports at any time in the Seller Center.
7.3. Policy Modifications: We reserve the right to adjust our fees based on market conditions and business strategy. Any changes to this Fee Policy will be communicated to sellers at least 30 days in advance.
